 With an impressive professional record and a background in law, Aduke is a Business Consultant, NED Director, International Speaker and Entrepreneur.

 

Through her successful consulting career, Aduke has worked with some of the largest organisations in the world such as Deloitte, British American Tobacco and The UK Ministry of Defence implementing complex IT Programmes. 

 

Aduke has also dedicated her time to helping women from all walks of life become transformational leaders. In 2016, she founded The Sister Sister Network, an organisation that aims to provide women with the opportunity to gain the insight, education, empowerment and inspiration required to achieve their personal goals and become leaders in their chosen fields.

With over 4000 members across the world and partnerships with organisations such as UNWomen, NatWest, University of Oxford and UNICEF, The Network continues to make a widespread contribution to the advancement of women in business, career and public life.

Aduke is very passionate about Diversity, Inclusion and Amplifying All Voices. 

In 2019, she gave a well-received first TEDx talk on the importance of open access to leadership development for women from all backgrounds.
