WELCOME TO THE SISTER SISTER NETWORK AFRICA

Innovation| Community| Leadership

We are proud to launch The Sister Sister Network Africa, our sister organisation focusing on accelerating female leadership in Africa.

Our free grassroots events are designed to promote leadership principles such as self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-management.

With the same global outlook of the wider Sister Sister Network, our aim is to connect all our members with opportunities, people, and skills that enable success.

By curating events specifically for Africa's female leadership pipeline we know we will be able to dive deeper into emergent and existing issues for greater impact.

THE AFRICA FUTURE LEADERS FORUM

Our free continent-wide Future Leaders Forums promote and develop emerging female leaders through access to game-changing hands-on leadership skills mentoring and coaching.

Our forum offers young women the skills and understanding required to nurture and develop their leadership potential and bring them in contact with senior leaders within the community.

We have a formula that works, we have worked with UNICEF ON CAMPUS, UN GIRL UP and UNWOMEN to inspire and empower over 1000 future leaders between the ages of 14 - 35.

CORPORATE EVENTS

While many organisations have good intentions, optimising gender balance is not straightforward and it takes detailed understanding of the issues that hold women back to put the right interventions in place.

Our work with over 10,000 women globally has given us unique insight into the complex web of systemic, cultural, and structural issues that must be understood before they can be overcome.

This is where we come in! Our bespoke corporate events offer your female workforce research-led learning and development opportunities.
