A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
Aduke Onafowokan
Thank you for visiting our website. I hope you like it here and join our community. I started the Sister Sister Global Network with a handful of women in 2016 to expand access to leadership development for women. Little did we know then that through the power of people and passion, we could achieve our aims and aspiration.
Like many women out there, I am a dual-career wife and mum, In addition to Sister Sister Network, I am a leadership and diversity coach/speaker, entrepreneur, and lead associate at Inclusivitii a boutique Diversity Equality and Inclusion Consultancy based in Oxford, England.
I also live in Oxford with my family, love singing, gardening, and walks with my kids listening to all things dork diaries, sonic adventures, school dramas, and the endless pleas to adopt a puppy.

I am convinced that courage is the most important of all the virtues. Because without courage, you cannot practice any other virtue consistently. You can be kind for a while; you can be generous for a while; you can be just for a while, or merciful for a while, even loving for a while. But it is only with courage that you can be persistently and insistently kind and generous and fair.
