Director of Women in Business, NatWest Group

Yvonne is an inspiring female business leader responsible for the Strategic direction and implementation of the Women in Business Activity for NatWest Group across the UK including delivering key strategic partnerships, internal stakeholder management and monitoring the return on investment.

Externally, an experienced speaker, judge and thought leader that is a member of the cross parliamentary group on Women in Enterprise. Internally responsible for the banks Accredited Women in Business programme and its adoption across the bank. Including communication and CPD delivery to the bank's 500 Women in Business Specialists across the UK.

Aduke Onafowokan

Founder, The Sister Sister Network and CEO, Inclusivitii

Following careers in Law and IT Project Management working for global organisations including Deloitte, British American Tobacco and The UK Ministry of Defence, Aduke Onafowokan launched Inclusivitii to plug the gap between DEI aspirations and tangible DEI outcomes in organisations.

Aduke is also an award-winning social-entrepreneur through her work as the founder of The Sister Sister Global Network, a registered social-enterprise contributing to 10,000+ women's empowerment through the provision of accessible and empowering leadership and personal development training programmes.

She is also on the board of SmartWorks Reading and Creating Better Futures charities and was appointed Vice-Chair and Ambassador for the Institute of Directors Oxfordshire in 2021.

Katherine Gilroy

Associate, Campaign Development Team, Seedrs

Katherine sources seed-stage businesses for the Seedrs investor audience. She advises entrepreneurs on how to strategise their investment rounds to raise capital whilst marketing their business and building out a community of brand ambassadors. As Diversity Lead, she advocates for underrepresented founders and works to ensure the platform supports as many founders from underrepresented backgrounds as possible. To date she's helped 25 seed-stage businesses to raise over £11m. Seedrs is a leading private investment platform and the most active funder of private companies in the UK - with over £1.3BN invested into campaigns and more than 1,350 deals funded.
