I founded RAWtalks (Real Authentic Women) with the sole purpose of liberating women from self-imposed limitations.To help women to find and use their inner voice, to pursue their purpose with passion, and in doing so inspire others to do the same.I do this by challenging and inspiring women to step up, to speak up, to trust their instincts, and to take courageous action. So what’s my story?

35 years in sales. A really unpredictable and totally unplanned career in fashion, IT consulting, publishing and training. Holding positions as a sales manager, facilitator, and coach, business owner, and over the last 5 years, manager and host of The Women in Business Awards and Campaign for Business Magazine.

As many single mums may know, it has its’ absolute joys, but can also offer huge personal growth opportunities! Knowing like many of you the financial highs and lows, the mental highs and lows – having been riddled with anxiety, and then needing to embrace that wonderful time of life where the ‘mones’ take over!

RAWtalks is a culmination of my own journey and the strategies I’ve used to overcome significant challenges to achieve results, as well as what I have discovered as the DNA of many successful women in business I have interviewed and have had the privilege of getting to know.

What I’ve found, and no doubt you will find is that you are stronger and more capable than you think you are.

About Sarah

Sarah Traylor is a technical leader, mother (3.5 years old & one due in Jan’21), and wife. Based in Boston, MA, USA, she’s spent the last 6 years at Amazon Alexa building an analytics platform to improve the end-user experience for Alexa users.

Prior to Amazon, Sarah held technical product management and client delivery roles at SapientNitro and Cognizant Technology Solutions. She holds an MS in Business Analytics, BA in Psychology, and a BS in Business Administration all from the University of Southern California. Sarah is passionate about encouraging others to be their best, authentic selves both in their personal and professional worlds.

She participates in various networks and panels to candidly share her growth experiences (“crucibles”), short comings, superpowers, challenges, and strategies for “success” with others.
